Hard Rock’ Rock Shop opens at KK City Waterfront

KOTA KINABALU: Hard Rock International yesterday announced the opening of a Hard Rock Rock Shop at the site of the future Hard Rock Cafe Kota Kinabalu.
The 610-square-foot Rock Shop at the City Waterfront provides an avenue for fans to purchase Hard Rock merchandise and the much-anticipated new Hard Rock Cafe.
The Kota Kinabalu Rock Shop offers both rock ‘n’ roll-inspired items, as well as classic collectible Hard Rock Cafe merchandise.
Kota Kinabalu-specific merchandise can only be purchased at this location, which offers an exclusive quality that enhances each item’s appeal.

Fans are also able to collect Hard Rock’s much-coveted signature pins, including the new, limited-edition Kota Kinabalu pins, which reflects the spirit of the city and the authenticity of Hard Rock’s merchandise.
Hard Rock Cafe Kota Kinabalu, scheduled to open in late 2013 at Oceanus Waterfront Mall, will be the first Hard Rock Cafe in East Malaysia. This iconic new Hard Rock Cafe is poised to become the city’s most exciting new destination for fans, featuring diverse dining, nightlife and cultural offerings.
Kota Kinabalu plays an important role as one of the major international tourism, industrial and commercial centres in East Malaysia. The presence of Hard Rock Cafe in Kota Kinabalu will add to the city’s exciting entertainment scene.
